Christian is A Higher Education PROFESSIONAL with experience in various functional areas including enrollment management, residence Life, new student programs, fraternity and sorority life, and student conduct.

He is a member of ASHE, AERA, NASPA, AND ACPA.

christian has active research projects on how higher education scholars study and analyze institutional racism and UNDERSTANDING the racial climate for students of color at universities with A HISTORY OF enslaved laborers. 

CHRISTIAN RECEIVED HIS BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN POLITICAL AND SOCIAL THOUGHT AND MASTER'S DEGREE IN HIGHER EDUCATION, BOTH AT THE UNIVERSITY OF VIRGINIA. He is A CURRENT doctoral candidate in the higher education program at the university of virginia.

CHRISTIAN'S WORK HAS LED TO MORE INCLUSIVE ENROLLMENT AND admission OUTREACH STRATEGIES, INCREASES IN UNDERREPRESENTED GROUPS ACCESSING SELECTIVE INSTITUTIONS, AND lgbtq inclusion in fraternity and sorority life programming.
